Today is Adam's birthday. Whahoo. Perhaps I will include pictures of the super awesome presents I gave him in a later post. Today, this shout out and wonderful picture will have to suffice.

That omelet looks good. the omelet is really the star of the fort ave (or milton ave) kitchen!

Ingredients:

some good for you olive oil based spray for the pan

egg whites from the carton (hello! i work on a cardiac floor!)

chopped fresh bell pepper

chopped fresh onion

chopped fresh 'shrooms

cheese

spice of the day. currently we are on the dill kick. its such a nice feathery and yummy spice.

so yeah......thats what goes into the omelet. i'm sure you can figure out how to make them so i will not include directions.

then you eat them.

Adam likes his with ketchup.
